A:Answer The wattage they give is way over rated, it's probably about 8 watts per channel RMS. I wanted to use it out doors and it wasn't quite powerful enough for me if I wanted to turn it up a little bit. It may have been fine in a room, I wasn't looking to go super loud but sometimes when I was getting into a song and wanted to turn it up, it just didn't have the power. So I would say that if you don't need a lot of volume and you are using it inside it will probably be fine. Or do what I did, buy it try it and you can always return it.
