They used to send replacement covers. Based on today’s (04/10/24) email from them, they no longer do. They know it’s a design flaw but they’ve made a corporate decision that getting customers to replacements is better for their bottom line
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't have to, when my batter cover broke I contacted Qardio Customer Service for replacement battery cap for my QardioArm, they sent me the replacement cap within a few weeks, no charge at all.
