QuestionWould like to know if this 2 year subscription includes all updates and new releases for two full years? For example, A new version of Quicken is released every year, so would it include the 2019 release as well..

- Answer 2-year subscription membership will give you updates throughout our 2-year purchase. These updates will cover what would normally be the annual release. So, technically, the annual thing goes away and you always get the latest and greatest features as they are pushed out to you.

QuestionThis states windows and Mac. In the past quicken for Mac has been less than good. Will this install on a Mac and if it proves to be ...let us say as bad as always... can I install on a windows laptop?

- Answer You can install the same purchase of Quicken on both Windows and Mac computers. Please note, however, that while you can convert your file from Windows to Mac or vice versa, you can’t use the same file on both computers; you’ll need two separate data files. Thanks.

- Answer That's cannot be done in premier. You need the business version of quicken to generate that. Quicken premier is home us only.

QuestionI use quicken bill pay for 2017. According to the quicken bill pay website quicken bill pay is included with quicken premiere subscription. Is it included if you buy it at a store or just through the quicken bill pay web site?

- Answer I bought Quicken 2018 Premier at Best Buy and the Quicken Bill Pay service was included. Beware, I discovered that you only get 15 transactions per month, then there is a fee. Not a problem for me because I usually have less than 10 per month.

QuestionI purchased this version and a sticky label on the box says with purchase of the Quicken and TurboTax I get $35 off. Trouble is...no Turbo Tax have been received by Best Buy. Will Quicken and Best Buy honor the offer or not ?

- Answer I clearly stated the Turbotax was not available YET in store and it was within the time period of the purchase date.... your answer to wait is not an option. The label in fact does not state they must be purchased at the same time. Indeed we tried to order the turbo tax at the time of purchase of the Quicken in the Best Buy store customer service and it would NOT give the $35 credit. This one in a long line of QUICKEN marketing ploys?

- Answer For a retail purchase (boxed) the subscription period begins when you install the application and activate the product. If the application is purchased through the Quicken.Com website, the subscription period starts on the date of purchase.
