• The answer is yes IF you are moving from Starter 2015 to Starter 2017. If you had Deluxe or a higher version of Quicken, you'd need to buy Deluxe or higher to convert your files.

• There is a question about whether to import earlier version records in the 2017 edition. Make sure the computer with your 2015 Quicken files is the computer the 2017 Software is being loaded on. Be sure to follow the prompts in the 2017 software screens. If you load the software and don't see the prompts, I think you can still import your 2015 files by opening the proper menu(s).
