Q: QuestionWhy hasn't Best Buy done a back order for the PS5 console? I had tried for over ten months to get one. I had one in the cart twice. The employees could give certain people a heads up when there will be more in stocks.

• A:Answer We don't get any info on when stock will be in. Lots of Best Buy employees are in the same boat. I suggest you get Total Tech so you can get priority queuing and you should be able to snag one when there is a restalk.
