Questionafter i record a video im not able to view it on meta app or either in my library, no video or sound just black screen but when i do sent it thru ig,messenger to other receipients they can play the video, i tried unpairing/pairing the glasses still no go

- Answer Is ur glasses tyrn on? You turn then on on ur right wing o/I and the other side you have you white led indicator that let you know if you are recording or taking a photo. If it stay on is a video if is just a flash is a photo. Add me in IG kdm.pr

QuestionHi, can someone confirm if you can select horizontal/landscape format like normal cameras or is this stuck in the tiktok fad of vertical. Our eyes are horizontally on our head for a reason & I don't want to crop/edit the limited HD resolution to fix it.

- Answer Buying these glasses comes with a charging case. You better not lose the case, or you can't charge it since the port isn't on the glasses themselves.
