Yes, but not through Bluetooth. The headset comes with its own plug in cord, so you may connect to ps4 controller or any other controller that allows plug in headsets.

Yes you would have to use the provided dongle but once it’s plugged in it’s a instant connection

Yes just connect the dongle or plug the 3.5mm Jack in and good to go either way. Best part about these. Works well with all..
