“So i recently got these for work. I work from home. This headset feels amazing but the only con is that it turns off by itself. I have left them charging all night & it turns off out of no where. I am not sure what is wrong with it. Can someone help me?”

It will stay powered if you keep an application running and playing any kind of sound.

Please try again later.These headphones do have an automatic turn off feature to save battery life, so if you don't have music or some other piece of audio playing they will turn off because they believe they aren't in use and don't want to waste battery life. If these are turning off while listening to music or talking through them, Id contact Razer support because that should not be happening.
