no it does not have aim assist. and yes it is pretty good for gaming as you can adjust the DPI which lets you move your cursor arround faster and slower based on your preferences

does not come whit aim assist, and yes, you can modd some things in razor sofware for your prefferences.

Its gotta atleast 6400 dp so it works great for every game ive put it through palword, fornite, hd 2, smite

its a good mouse for gaming but i personally haven't used it for Fortnite.
The mouse doesn't have aim assist installed.

I would say yeah, the overall mechanics of it are the most sensitive I would say out of any mouse I've had or tried.
