Nope it works perfectly fine without razers app the only thing you lose is free scroll you need the app for it to activate

It is not necessary but you will be stuck with the default DPI  and RGB settings

It's not mandatory as far as I know, so yes, it can work straight out of the box. I'm not sure if the app supports other languages, so I would advise checking Razer's website.

The software is for customization of buttons and color way. Not a necessity. The app does have language support all supported languages are on the manufacturer website

Not mandatory, but it definitely adds to the experience of having one so that you can personalize it to your specifications. So much can be changed from your scroll rate (both on the screen and the physical scroll itself), DPI, keybindings... Would Recommend downloading it

works but can't disable the rgb lights. you can install the software to tweak the settings then uninstall it

The app is not required and the mouse works fine without it, though I did install it first thing so I can't say what all the buttons will do without the app. The side buttons for forward and back are pretty standard, so I'd imagine they would work but beyond that who knows.
