The return policy is actually 15 days for non members and new members, 30 days for elite members (spent 1,500 in a year at Best Buy) and 45 days for elite plus (spent 3,500 in a year at Best Buy). Each level has its own perks as well.

Personally I like this mouse. they do wear out and the pads. This is the second one I bought due to the other was worn out.
