QuestionI connect the headset to my pc, I can hear sound but the microphone doesn't work nor does it get recognized, any fixes to this?

- Answer Your probably plugging it into the wrong jacks. If a pc doesnt have a good combined jack you need to split it with the included splitter and plug the green cable into your line out and the pink cable into your line in.

- Answer i use it on ps4 and pc and it has great sound with 7.1 surround sound, make sure you get a small card for surround sound it has a code on it.

QuestionMy Lenovo ThinkPad T470s laptop only has one 3.5 mm input. When I plug this headset in, I can hear others well, but can't hear myself talk. It seems that my laptop mic is still operating instead of the microphone on the headset. Any clue why?

QuestionWondering if these work with Xbox Series X. Series controllers are a bit different so not EVERY headset works as it used to with the Xbox One controllers. Do these for sure work with the Series controllers? Do they sound loud or like other $40 headsets?

- Answer Its just a regular headset jack. I have a Xbox One X and it works just fine. I really recommend this headset because its great overall. I run my mics are max volume and this one has a decent max volume. I think it could be a TAD louder but for the price you cant go wrong with this headset. If you want a little bit nicer one, I would try the next level up at Razer. Theyre about 90-100$. For 40$ though, these are great, I now have 2.

- Answer No, this headset does not have sidetone. I purchased a headset believing this (as Razer themselves claim in an answer to this question), but it does not. Currently returning my set after having been out the box for 10 minutes.
