Hello there, I have purchased many items from best buy open box excellent and they have always been great. I purchased my Blade 14 this same way to save money and it only had one issues which was the bottom lid being a tiny bit uneven. That is not an issue for me, the laptop works great and I have had no issues. You could always get the warranty with the money you save purchasing open box as a security measure, but otherwise you should be fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got a case with this description as the condition and it had marks on all 4 corners indicating it was dropped on all the sides. Don’t buy it with this condition just spend the couple of bucks more and get a new item.
