You can purchase an Ethernet adapter that plugs into a USB port (several manufacturers make one) or the thunderbolt port (Apple makes one). Cost approx $7 to $30 depending on type and speed. Downside is that you lose one port to the adapter - but it’s not that big a deal since there are other ports for your drives.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can either use a usb or a usb c adapter if you require a wired connection. I carry one just Incase. Also keep In mind this supports 5ghz WiFi which support speeds up to 1ghz, I believe don’t quote me on that. I have a 300MBPs plan and it will pull every MB on the 5ghz. 2.4ghz is only good up to 54MBPs if I remember correctly. I have this computer and it is awesome. I would recommend getting the geek squad protection on it. Razer isn’t known for their stellar customer support. I’ve heard it’s getting better. Also I had an issue with the WiFi being spotty. I downloaded the intel download manager to help keep drivers updated. After that it worked fantastic.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wouldn't let the fact that there is no Ethernet Port on the laptop deter you from this model. If you absolutely require Ethernet then there are hosts of USB C hubs out there that are very reasonable and VERY fast. With USB- C the days of the USB bottleneck is gone (you get from 5 to 20 GB/s). Hope this helps and happy gaming :)
