• Yes. It comes with Windows 10 Home but it comes with a free update to Windows 11 when available.

• Microsoft is pretty much giving Windows 11 away for people making purchases around the time of release. You'll get 11 for free no matter where you buy this laptop. I bought at Bestbuy and already have Windows 11 running, and got it for free of course.
