• Any Windows will be better for gaming than Mac simply because more than half the games out there are not Mac compatible

• Neither will be able to do any heavy gaming on their own. However, if you buy the Razer Core, you can hook it up to the Razer Blade Stealth as an external core and that will be adequate for most any game. Although you would probably also want to buy a bigger monitor, better keyboard, a gaming mouse - basically, if you want a laptop for gaming, you should buy a gaming laptop.
