Q: How long does the battery last before needing to charge it?
A: I Believe Razer says 10 hours but realistically I'm only getting about 7-8 with some power tweaks.
A: Yes, it should. When the Razer works it's really powerful. That said, the Razer and core combo have some real issues with working as designed. They're very touchy and you have to restart the computer a ton to get the core to work if you plan on docking and undocking frequently. I've also had multiple Razers fail due to various reasons (boot loop, fans, and critical battery failures). My software company is no longer purchasing Razer products for our devs due to the reliability issues.
Q: Can you use this for school work and gaming?
A: This was a purchase for son who attend a university. It is light weight and has long battery life. Some light games can be played but not for heavy duty gaming which would require a laptop designed for that (separate video card with dedicated memory). However, this is an excellent student computer.
Q: Does this lap top have a cd romantic drive
A: No, this laptop does not have a built-in CD drive.
Q: What is the graphics card for this model?
A: The graphics card is Intel UHD Graphics 620 and it is built in graphics card
Q: can I upgrade the Ram and the solid drive?
A: Ram is soldered to the motherboard so that cannot be upgraded. The SSD is user replaceable.
Q: Does it have the one year Warranty from Razer?
A: It has a 1 year warranty, but after 4 months of sitting on my desk, the screen glass fell out of the case. BB charged me $85 and 2 weeks only to tell me to contact Razer. Razer wanted me to accept potential charges before they would issue an RMA.
