Does it have the one year Warranty from Razer? null

It has a 1 year warranty, but after 4 months of sitting on my desk, the screen glass fell out of the case. BB charged me $85 and 2 weeks only to tell me to contact Razer. Razer wanted me to accept potential charges before they would issue an RMA.
