Does it use the PC's power and if so, how many watts? null

It does hook into your power supply via MOLEX, but I believe its only used to mainly power whatever you hook up to the controller. The controller itself uses negligible power.

Yes it does as it goes connected to a molex connection off the power supply, how much? The manufacturer does not mention the amount. Can't be much as LEDs require very little power. You will need an available USB header on the motherboard.
