QuestionMy mobo has rgb headers and my case has argb fans. Will this help with the conversion? Thanks :)

- Answer It sounds like you're in the situation I was in. (Asus Prime X370 Pro, which has only a single 4 pin 12v header.) This doesn't allow a conversion from one header type to another - that is, you won't be plugging it into that 4 pin header. You *can,* however, plug it into an available USB header and use Razer's software to control the lighting. (Which was fine with me as I already have a Razer keyboard and mouse that was using it.)

QuestionI recently purchased a pack of fans that came with a hub but it needed an argb header on mobo to work which I don’t have. Does this require an argb or rgb header on the mobo to work. If not how does it draw power. Thanks In advance, Reese.

- Answer This does not require a motherboard ARGB header, this plugs into a USB 2.0 header on the motherboard and uses a molex to barrel plug adapter for power which is included. Depending on the hub your fans use this may or may not work, this is designed to replace most argb hubs with its own software. it will only control the lights, not the fan speeds. If your fans need a hub to control their speeds, it should accept a signal from this, but this will only power the lights, not the fans themselves

- Answer It will not, since those things do not have an argb header like strips or fans do.

- Answer It does hook into your power supply via MOLEX, but I believe its only used to mainly power whatever you hook up to the controller. The controller itself uses negligible power.

- Answer Nope. It connects via a usb header and everything is controlled via razer synapse. There are 6 argb headers on this controller and that is way more than you need.

- Answer Yes but you need an adapter. As a couple have stayed already,Corsair uses their own proprietary connectors that only their RGB controllers use. However, there are adapters you can buy to convert the connector to a standard RGB or argb connector. I think you can get them on Etsy. I use them in my PC and they work perfectly fine.

Question@Razer, can you please guys make adapters or an easier way to use this to replace iCUE's hubs. And also a better way to address handling the RGB on the QL series fans. This would be the last peice I need to fully swap from Corsair to Razer ;)

- Answer There is a way to make Corsair fans connect to this, it just isn't pretty. you really only need adapters for the plugs to convert them to fit the Razer. People have videos of them doing it, the problem is that doing it this way you can only assign 16 LEDS? Or something like that. I have swapped all my other peripheals away from Corsair, to better gear. The only thing remaining are my fans, iCUE is a resource hog with constant memory leak issues. Hence the reason I wish this device would control them (cleanly).
