• Yes it does, I have both and they fit and work very well on smaller desks

• It'll work just fine. The lights wont be synced, but I have a BlackWidow Ultimate 2016 gaming keyboard, and I have no issues. You may have to update your Razer Synapse for it to recognize the Firefly gamepad.
