• Well, it's a hard pad-- the surface is hard plastic, with a matt finish. I don't think you'll need to wash it, because it wouldn't seem to absorb liquids- even sweat would probably not stick. If it did need cleaning, I would just use a cloth- but with only a trace of liquid on it.

• You could probably wipe it with a damp cloth, but the surface is not plasticized, it is fabric. The mouse pad is not rigid.

• Yes you can handwash this RAZER mousepad. It is strong you can even throw it to washing machine.
