A:Answer Well, it doesn't have a battery, and gets its power from the USB cable, so not really the same thing as a battery powered headphone. Should sound the same, as far as I know, just has the cable connection, and is probably a bit lighter without the rechargeable battery built in. Sorry, too lazy to actually carefully compare the exact specifications, so I can't be 100% sure the sound is exactly the same.
