• If you look up just the original Razer Kraken headset you can buy those without the ears and then order the ears separately on the razer website.

• You could buy a regular RAZER headset & purchase the add on ears. The Kraken Kitty doesn't come without ears unfortunately.

• Nope, this version has the ears built on to the band. The model right below has the ear optional and can be bought later.
