Yes. My nephew uses his on his iPhone 5s and I've tested it on my Galaxy S5.

I have not actually tried this, but since it has the ability to do single jack mic/sound, I would assume you should be able to.

Yes you can. I plug to my phone for everything. Phone calls and listening music and listening everything.
