• They are stereo. Analog is just the signal input/output.

• The headset is a analog setup vs say...digital which makes the sounds much more "smooth". As far as the speakers in the headset, that is the stereo part versus, for example, a surround sound headset which have different drivers and speakers. I have had no problems with this headset at all.
