This cord is really long - maybe 12 feet, because it has 2 sseparate parts. It also has 2 separate controls. Perhaps it's a bit overboard. One part plugs into a standard audio jack and on the other and of that there's a box with + / -- sound control, mute button and a button for THX spatial audio. The other side plugs into this box on one end, and the other end attaches to the headphones, and THAT cord also has a small control wheel built in (the less expensive model has this small control wheel but not the box) and this wheel, which could hang at about hand distance from the headphones, can raise and lower volume and also turn the microphone off and on. It took me a while to figure that out. Add the standard volume control in Windows, and it's a lot of controls you can play with!

It's longer than I am tall. I'd say somewhere between 7-8 feet long.

The Razer Kraken Tournament Edition's cord length is 1.3 meter or 4.27 ft.
