Partially. When I plug them into my Galaxy Note 8, the balance is really off, and the left cup acts as center with the right cup being behind. I'd imagine if theres a rebalancing app you can find, you'll be able to use them quite well with a mobile device. I'd use them if the balancing wasn't off.
