• Yes it does come w a wrist wrest and yes it is magnetic and padded. It’s of decent quality and works well

• No wrist wrest. It is designed to be handheld as well as set on a surface. There is even a 'mouse button' on the far edge where you hold it as well as the ones by the touchpad, but no wrist wrest.
