I purchased this one based on the reviews and the usb 3.0. I have been streaming off this onto my computer and have not needed to look at my main tv to play. The near zero latency is legit... Also if u plan on going into older systems the razer has u covered with mini HDMI and component connections that it comes with.

It's a personal preference, but I like the Game Capture software more than Razer Cortex, as everything is on one screen compared to across a bunch of tabs that don't tell you much. Basically, it's all down to software.
