• It should work for ps4 xbox and PC but I do not know about Nintendo switch. When the switch is docked I know it works but undocked I do not currently know.

• Since this device has a 4k passthrough it is more for PC, PS4 pro, and Xbox 1X. Since they (PC, PS4pro, Xbox 1X) have the ability to display 4k graphics. If you don't have a PC that can do 4k or have the consoles that kind of do 4k. Then you could just go with the previous version of this device, Razer Ripsaw. I am not sure if any retailer even carries that version anymore. The main difference between the Razer ripsaw and the Razer ripsaw other then the 4k passthrough. Was that the Razer ripsaw had the adapter so you could also capture/stream from devices that only had component connections. Like the Wii, PS2, and the PS3.
