“What is the optimal distance to your mouth the mic should be? And/or - how far can the mic be away from the mouth and still be effective (ie out of view of the camera)? Thank you”

• I keep mine just out of camera reach (mine is just next to my PC Monitor) and it catches my voice easily. It sounds somewhat far, so you need to adjust the volume, but it works perfectly. Keep in mind I have a loud voice naturally.
