QuestionHave there been any reports of sound quality on the PS4 being very low?

- Answer It may be due to PS4 updates or other issues. I have mine plugged directly into a port but I do suspect that plugging it into a USB hub could degrade performance, because it'll put less power and/or speed through to the headset base. For regular browsing on PC or PS4, the 7.1 feature is not really useful, but it does make a huge difference in game. However sound quality overall has been superb for me

QuestionSince these headphones do not have Bluetooth; will they work with iPad games or music like Pandora? Also, the specs say wireless range to 40 ft but further down it says NO to true wireless, what does that mean?

QuestionI just read that there is no blue tooth nor noise cancellation options. My 9 yr old son will use them for his PS4 & PC but my question is: without Bluetooth can he play his iPad games & music? Why do the specs say Wireless but then No True wireless?

- Answer The specs say it is wireless because it uses a USB dongle to communicate, meaning unless you use you go wired you need a device with a USB port
