You have to deal with razer company directly (call or file a ticket) in order to file your warranty if something happens to your equipment.That is if you didn't buy the 2 year replacement from bestbuy. Now if you purchased a 2 year replacement from bestbuy you can deal with bestbuy employees (geek squad) in order for a replacement.
