- Answer Hello - There is only one remote. We have incorporated a separate ROKU button on the remote for easy access. Thank you.

QuestionRoku "built in" or separate stick?The description states the TV comes with a Roku stick, but I notice a lot of reviewers also note the "built in" Roku. I'm wondering if the Roku feature is indeed "built into" the TV in some way where you don't see it, or if it comes with a stick that you insert in an HDMI port.

- Answer It is built in the TV and you get a remote control for ROKU. Nothing to insert to a port!

- Answer There is no Roku stick included. It is built into the TV. As far as the headphone jack, I do not believe there is one.

QuestionDo Smart TV's need to be plugged into the modem or are they wireless?I don't know much about smart tv's. To access the internet do the TV's need to be plugged directly into the modem or do they have a wireless opporation like s smart phone?

QuestionQuestion regarding NetflixI bought this tv after buying a roku stick for my larger tv in the living room. I like the tv except there does not seem to be a way to update to the new Netflix interface. When using the roku stick, I am able to set up different user profiles and the display is much more user friendly. The tv has the old Netflix interface where the only user profile available is that of the person who signed up for the Netflix account. I have tried updating the roku software on the tv and it is up to date. I have also looked at the Netflix app and there doesn't seem to be a way to update it either. If there is a way to get the new Netflix interface on this tv, please provide instruction regarding how I may do so.
