It would if you also are using a digital tuner converter.. (extra cost item), then you would set the tv on channel 3 and use the converter as your tuner. You'd probably be better if you bought a new digital tv instead the way set prices have come down.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it will. Your Sony Trinitron is an analog TV. This antenna receives both digital and analog TV signals.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes this antenna will work with your TV set but you will need to obtain a "digital to analog converter" in order to use it. If you are a subscriber to local cable or satellite service, I believe they are required to provide at least one of these to you at no cost under current laws but you should check with them to be sure. If not, this is something that is readily available on Amazon or Best Buy. Since this TV came out well before digital broadcasting, the converter will be necessary. Hope this answers your question. Side comment: It's really time to upgrade your TV. The technology has advanced so much since that TV was made. Consider purchasing one of the new hi-def flat screens. The price has really come down to earth since these initially hit the market and you will be amazed at the clarity of the picture. Best Buy has them available at great prices. These sets already come with a digital tuner as you might imagine, so no converter is necessary.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. It still uses a coax hookup but the Sony you mention may not have a digital tuner and may be quite limited in over the air selection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works for my tube purchase around the same time in the kitchen. As long as it has a coax connection
