• You probably need an external antenna installed. It depends on your area and how far you are from the station antennas.

• The model I have has an amplified switch. Check for that. Make sure your antenna is plugged into a working electrical socket. Also you could download the RCA Signal Finder App for extra help.

• I bought one of the RCA product and I have not getting any reception from it. The cord is not long enough to place it at different areas of the room or even outside depend on the position of the room. I intend to return it.
