Please try again later.Well I have the box plugged in but when I press the button the box lights up green,I only get about 30 to 33 channels, now I turned the box off red button remained to off,I have between 70 an 78 channels crystal clear.after reading all these reviews about these flat window antennas expensive attic an roof top antennas that only give you 25 channels I think my rca antenna is pretty good, Cox Cable full of themselves an rips you off,I paid 106.00 a month for cable I had 100 channels 100 of the same channels in HD,100 music channels lived in Colorado paid 80 a month had 500 channels of all stations,xfinity man I missed them I wish they would come to az even bought alarm system xfinity top of the line 40 a month,cox is a rip off,so get the rca antenna you'll save big
