Will this work with ultra 4K tv null

It should. It says "works with Ultra 4K HD" on the front of the box.

IT MAY NOT BE "4K" QUALITY BUT AN ANTENNA SHOULD WORK WITH ANY TV THAT HAS COAXIAL ACCESS.
