A:AnswerRogM - Landlines usually allow at least five (5) rings & some go to as many as twenty rings. Menus on phones are very difficult to navigate but there should be something about number of rings. Ask to speak to a real person in cust svc, or call corporate if you don't mind holding for an hour & then getting disconnected~~~ Good luck...
