• No, Roku Stick uses RF (since its hidden behind the tv) and this remote is IR only, as you need line of sight.

• I don't own a Roku stick to verify, but from what I could scratch up with a quick Google search, the Roku stick does not have an Infrared sensor. This remote uses Infrared, so no, it won't work with the Roku stick. I can confirm that it does work with a Roku 3 if you are considering an upgrade.

• I haven't tried it with the Roku stick but it works well with my Roku 3. I believe they both use the same remote.
