• A:Answer Offhand I would say, no. The size of the plug and jack on this adapter is 1/8” Looking at the specs of your wireless mic unit, I see no mention of a wired mic, only Bluetooth. In the past some audio cassette recorders used a smaller jack for their external microphone, so perhaps that was the original use for the mic you have. I have never seen an adapter for that particular plug.

• A:Answer I can't speak to your iPhone issue as my experience is only with MacBook. In most laptops with a "headset" jack, the "sleeve" part of the Tip/Ring/Ring/Sleeve plug is the microphone signal. This adaptor simply abandons the Tip and first Ring on the TRRS plug then connects the second Ring to the Sleeve of the other end jack (Ground) and connects the Sleeve to BOTH Tip and Ring on the other end jack. Note that the jack is a TRS device NOT a TRRS device. The end result is that you can feed LOW level stereo audio into the microphone input of your laptop. Don't be trying to feed headphone signal into the microphone input!!! That's about a 500X voltage mismatch. Bad. Bad.
