• A:Answer Both are an option with this setup. 1. You can plug in the receiver with the screen on it using the cord into your camera and whenever you’re recording the audio on your video from the transmitter. 2. The transmitter records internally as a backup but you’ll have to plug it into your computer to retrieve the audio using the RODE app/program. This is in case your receiver is too far from the transmitter and your audio starts to cut out.
