• No I don't think so... I have not noticed that problem since I started using the antenna.

• We have not had any instances of phones heating up with our antenna. We suggest removing the case for a short amount of time to see if the case is causing the issue. If you continue to have concerns please reach out to us at 1-855-862-4090.
