- Answer Have to buy a separate charger. The camera comes with a charging cord but the battery is required to be in the camera to charge this way. Easier to buy a separate charger than taking the camera down.

- Answer I bought a pack of 4 cameras and everything comes with it. you can only charge one camera at a time, but can purchase a charger box to change 2 at a time. my outdoor cameras are plug in to a outlet. I purchased a outdoor plug in adapter for them to constantly keep them charged.

- Answer I dont really know for sure but i did buy a set of 2 batteries on Amazon not arlo and they dont last long so i bought a arlo backup batteries so i can swap them out so i always have a full charge battery when needed.
