I am being told the insurance company is trying to figure out if Best Buy or their Third Party Delivery will take care of it. I wish they wouldn't put the customer in the middle and take care of it and then work that out between themselves.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I highly doubt they will mess up to the point your home will be flooded but yes if something happens they fix it but I definitely wouldn’t worry about floods I have got many appliances from Best Buy never had any issues

However, someone should be able to give you their policy. Check your local area because some areas won't allow the delivery to do anything inside your home.
