You will not be able to talk to anyone on the phone. Email is the only option. $300 is "lost or stolen" deductible. Problem is I did neither. Bestbuy sends me to this company and vice versa. In the end I locked my card and filed fraud charges. Most recent "offer" was to pay $70 "restocking fee." So I guess they acknowledged receiving the item, in a way...
