I refused to pay. Bestbuy lied on the description saying no contracts. By them not disclosing that you have to put a deposit is false advertising. Worse part is i contacted customer service about it with Bestbuy and they basically said tuff amd wont give you a refund. Then i tried to get ahold of the manufacturer and they just have a automated response system that sucks. Do not buy this best buy is lying about no contract and qont refund. By having to put a deposit is entering a contract.

Please try again later.I refused to pay it, specifically because I was never aware of any security deposit nor was there anything about a new security deposit in the terms. Because I can’t afford the security deposit right now, I was unable to complete my order and now I’m having the hardest time getting a refund from both, Best Buy and Unagi.
