Does it come with a charger and lock? null

Mine came with a charger but its got locking technique on the app don't know how it works yet but will find out eventually

It comes with a charger if you got the e500 or the original one the new one that is $75 a month what it winds up being that one has a Bluetooth lock that means you can get the app and lock it via Bluetooth and it will lock the wheels it will not move it's pretty heavy so it would make it hard to steal if you want to lock up the model one I recommend just carrying it around with you wherever you go you can fold it down and take it pretty much anywhere or push it around the store or wherever you're at you don't have to let your hands off of it the model ones are you really need but if you want the extra three or four miles and the charging time to only be 3 hours then the new one is where it's at that's the one I've got I sent my model one back to get the new one because I wanted that 3-hour charging time that makes a big difference
