After you complete the order if you order it to Best buy there's still a different registration that you have to fill out once that's done 5 business days at the max

They “said” they had a delay in shipping and credited my account for time lost without me even asking for credit. The easiest way to reach them is through email and it takes a couple days for them to reach back out; keep that in mind if you need immediate help. They have a phone number but I’ve yet to reach a person.
